Change is hard even when I recognize it as necessary.

Always and never

Words I no longer use.

On second thought, maybe don’t.

The most impactful words we can speak are often our least eloquent. And that’s perfect.

It makes sense that we like it when things make sense.

Are people at work treating me differently because of my transparency about my mental health journey?

There isn’t a cure and there’s still hope.

As I tell my story again and again, I see the progress I’ve made.

After a year, I’m back to work and back to living.
