Blog update: New resource added

I’m grateful to all the folks who have connected with me through this blog. Thank you for contacting me and sharing your experiences and stories. From time to time, people get in touch with me to share resources that have helped them. Recently, a reader sent me an email with a link to a resource guide for those who are experiencing depression (or think they may be) and those supporting them, suggesting I could add it to my Resources page.

The guide is published by a for-profit rehabilitation and recovery center, but the content is almost entirely links to non-profit organizations and government/NGOs. Although I confirmed that the company that compiled the guide is accredited and licensed, I do not have first-hand experience with them. I was neither offered nor accepted anything in return for sharing the link and it does not constitute an endorsement of the company. As with everything on this blog, I hope that others find it helpful.
